You and your boyfriend Italy(Feliciano) have been dating in high school but you being the two year older one had to graduate and leave him to attend high school his last two years. But you didn't lose anything in your relationship…..until "that day"

You looked to the clock and it read 3:00 "forty-five more minutes till he can text me" you said to yourself softly as you clean up your work area (Italy could only text you  through Email, and he walks home) forty-five minutes pass and you look to your phone, nothing. Another fifteen minutes pass and still no text from Feli. "Where is he?" you kept thinking to yourself over and over again in your head.

You text him thinking he's on his email but got distracted by something silly "Sweetie Feli you there? It's been an hour sense school got out" no reply after another fifteen minutes past. You begin to worry, good and bad thoughts ran through your head. "Maybe he went over to Lud's house" or "what if he got struck by a--- no don't think that" you were so out of it you didn't notice one of your Co-workers were trying to get your attention.

"(Name)? You listening?" your half out of it "(NAME)!" you snap out of it "wha- what?" you turn towards your partner "A Mr. Varges is on the phone" then you say in your mind "Varges?! ITALY!?" you didn't acknowledge your Co-worker and you run to the staff phone and answer "Feliciano! I'm so glad you're okay I-"The voice cut you off " This is Romano(Name)" "Ro…Romano? Why are you calling where's Italy! I want Felich-"  "Idiotia! Shut up!" your face stiffens "lesion to me when I tell you this. Try to stay calm" you nod your head "mmn hmmn" "Toma—Feli is in the hospital (Name)" your heart sank completely and your stomach started to churn and twirl.

You drop the phone Romano's talking still "bella you there? Hey! Bella!" "(Name) you okay?" one worker asked "I'm…I'm going to the hospital" you run out. Romano hangs up the phone "DAMN IT!!! She better be going to the hospital!"

(TIME SKIP)

You get to the hospital and demand what room Italy is in "Where's Feliciano Varges? Please!" the receptionist just looks at you funny for a sec "204" you walk fast down the hall and then find his room, when you see him he has bandages on his head and chest plus his arm "oh Italy! What happened to you?!" you whimper at his bed side and you gently grab his soft warm hand.

"want me to tell you what happened?" you turn around quickly and see Romano standing by the door "what happened to Italy Roma!? Please tell me!" you plead to him. He comes more in and starts to explain that Italy took a different way home, and he ended up on the wrong side of town and a gang called 'The Bad Touch Trio' attacked Italy and injured him badly as you can see.

After hearing that you sat there holding the Italians hand squeezing it gently at times hoping he would squeeze back in response. Italy's Nurse comes in "miss are you this young man's girlfriend?" you look to here "You mean Feliciano right?" "yes mam" then she says " Feliciano as you can see got cut in the forehead, got his arm broken and sufferd some wounds to his chest.

His ribcage did get damage from the punches and kicks he got, that's why he has a air tube, its helping him breath" "will…will he be okay? Will he live!?" your face looked so desperate for the truth "only time will tell, I'm sorry" then all of you hear a soft voice "silly bella, I'm a country I can't die you know that" you turn around your face gets bright "FELI!!" you hug him softly, he moves his hands slowly over your head "its okay bella I promise I wont die on you I promise, te amo"

Romano got a tiny smile across his face and the nurse did to "why did you have to take a different route home?" you cry in his arms " I wanted to talk to you sooner bella"

(TIME SKIP!!)

A few months past and Italy was getting better by the day sense you vested him about every day.

He finally walks out the hospital as the hyper ditzy Italian he's always been. "let's go on a date bella!" you smile and laugh "but where Feli?" he replays happily and meets his brown/orange eyes with your (e/c)." Anywhere in the world bella" you giggle "hmmmmm, what about your house?" "SURE! It's a date!"
